TCI — Institute & Training

TRAINING • CERTIFICATION • COGNICOLOGY™ EDUCATION

The Cognitia Institute™ is the training and credentialing arm of Cognitia, responsible for preparing practitioners, organizations, and community partners to deliver high-quality, logic-centered support using Cognicology™ and the Dual-Cognition Reconstruction Method® (DCRM®).
TCI ensures that those working with justice-impacted individuals and families can provide consistent, non-clinical, trauma-conscious guidance grounded in structured logic reconstruction.

Cognicology™ Training & Practitioner Preparation

TCI offers a sequenced training pathway that introduces providers to Cognicology—Cognitia’s discipline dedicated to understanding, stabilizing, and reconstructing human logic. Practitioners learn to identify reasoning disruptions caused by chaos, trauma, or system involvement and how to guide Cognates through structured, logic-centered restoration.

Training includes:
• foundational Cognicology principles
• logic restoration pathways
• identity reconstruction
• family reasoning dynamics
• system-navigation logic
• trauma-conscious communication
• structured guidance without clinical framing

TCI prepares practitioners to support adults, youth, and families with precision, compassion, and non-clinical expertise.

The Companion™ Delivery Certification

At the core of all Cognitia services is The Companion™, a comprehensive reconstruction system used with adults, youth, and families.
TCI certifies practitioners in Companion delivery, ensuring they understand its phases, tools, logic sequences, and identity pathways.

Certification includes:
• Level 2 Companion™ delivery (high-impact populations)
• Level 1 Companion™ delivery (ILP development)
• faith-based delivery for Lev + Shemen™
• documentation and logic-based progress planning
• Companion-consistent TCM and PSS integration

TCI ensures practitioners never treat The Companion™ like a workbook—it is a living reconstruction system requiring precise delivery.

DCRM® Provider Credentialing

The Dual-Cognition Reconstruction Method® is Cognitia’s non-clinical approach to restoring reasoning patterns disrupted by trauma, instability, institutionalization, and system pressure.
TCI provides structured training and credentialing for professionals and organizations who wish to integrate DCRM® into justice-system programming, reentry services, community programs, youth services, or family stabilization work.

DCRM® training strengthens:
• logic-based intervention
• identity stabilization
• high-pressure decision support
• cross-system coordination
• family and relational reasoning
• long-term continuity planning

Credentialed providers are recognized as trained in a method specifically designed for justice-impacted populations.

Organizational Training & System Partnerships

TCI collaborates with agencies, schools, courts, facilities, and community programs seeking to implement a structured, non-clinical logic reconstruction framework.
This includes training for:
• reentry programs
• juvenile justice and diversion
• school-based support
• protective-service navigation
• community supervision teams
• faith-based organizations
• shelters and transitional programs

TCI supports agencies in integrating Cognicology™ into their existing service models for stronger, more consistent outcomes.

A Standard of Excellence

The Cognitia Institute™ ensures that every practitioner and partner trained under Cognitia maintains the highest standard of care, clarity, and professionalism.
Where Cognitia Organization provides direct services, TCI strengthens the ecosystem by preparing those who support our Cognates.
