Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any Cognitia materials—whether in digital, printed, or verbal form—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Proprietary Marks

The following names and marks are proprietary to The Cognitia Organization™ and may not be used without authorization:

Use of these marks or likenesses in any form of publication, training, or promotion without express consent constitutes trademark infringement.

4. Educational and Non-Clinical Use

The Cognitia Organization™ operates as an educational and developmental discipline.
Its systems—including Cognicology™, DCM™, CRN™, and CRW™—are non-clinical in nature and do not replace therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

Cognicology™ and the Dual-Cognition Method™ were developed to support reasoning reconstruction, trauma-conscious logic restoration, and structured cognitive rehabilitation within justice, family, and community environments.

5. Credentialing and Training Governance

Access to any training, credential, or facilitation authorization is granted only through The Cognitia Organization™ or its direct representatives.
TCO reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access based on ethical, representational, or compliance standards.
No third-party training entities are authorized.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Cognitia Organization™ is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of its website, materials, or programs.
Participation in any Cognitia program or application of its reasoning frameworks constitutes voluntary acceptance of personal responsibility for resulting outcomes.

7. Privacy and Communication

Personal information provided through this site is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal data with outside entities.
By contacting us, you consent to receive relevant responses or updates regarding your inquiry.
